La Finca Golf: Honorable and Beautiful
La Finca Golf is located in beautiful rural surroundings about 7 min drive into the country from the AP-7 exit at Quesada. The course was completed in 2002 and is already developed enough to test the best golfers. It is also excellent for beginners.
The course is designed for tournament games and extends over 5940 meters. The beautiful scenic surroundings not only give majestic views of lakes, streams, trees, mountains and wildlife but also challenges you. A buggy and some extra balls can come in handy here. The course has several holes that can be titled as signature holes, but the most spectacular is hole 5. Here you will find a par 5 hole over 500 meters where the green is on an island.

Las Colinas Golf & Country Club: Best of Spain
The next course and resort, Las Colinas Golf & Country Club, is a clear favorite for many players. Among other things, the course has been voted among the top 100 in Europe and the very best in Spain. Not by coincidence!
The golf course, which opened in 2010 will impress even the most discerning golfer. The whole experience from arrival the golf club until you sit in the clubhouse after finishing round oozes quality without the cost. The geography and size of the area give the feeling that each hole is its own world. The surroundings are greener and more lush than the areas a little closer to the coast.
There are many great holes, but especially hole 3. A par 5, it has 481 meters from the yellow tee. The Tee is situated on a hill with beautiful views. Big bunkers are in play on both sides of the fairway. On the 2nd shot you have water on both sides of the course where the green is hidden behind the water on the left side.
Around the course there are beautiful modern villas on the hills between the holes. The resort of Las Colinas has recently been voted one of the best.
Lo Romero Golf: High quality throughout the year
The third of the many fantastic golf courses in the area, which deserves to be mentioned, is Lo Romero Golf. This beautiful course of just over 6000 meters from yellow tee, opened in 2008. The course is located close to Pilar de la Horadada in an area that used to be an orchard with apple and pear trees - a good starting point for a golf course in other words.
The course has an open landscape. It is challenges you with big green bunkers and water hazards that require you to plan your game well. Nevertheless, it is also fun for beginners. The highlight visually is, of course, hole 18, a fairway of 356m from yellow tee with great views from the tee site towards the clubhouse with the ocean on the horizon. The second shot requires high precision, as the beautiful green is on an island in a large circular water barrier.
The best thing about this course is the quality of greens and fairways. Whatever season they are always in very good condition.
