Here are restaurants and cafes offering both good tapas and other good international dishes on the menu. The older district clings over the entire back of the hill above. At the highest point in the old town lies the church, La Mare de Deu del Consol, with its incredibly beautiful blue dome. From here you have a wide-angle of a view of large parts of the Costa Blanca coast. From the church, narrow, cobbled streets run crosswise and across the hill. Here are small whitewashed houses next door. Many of them have been transformed into galleries, art workshops, and gourmet restaurants.
