When you buy a property with Costa Weflen Group, we guide you through the whole process

This is what you can expect when purchasing a home in Spain with CWG

You can fill in the contact form, send us an email or call us directly. We will arrange an appointment to discuss your requirements regarding your dream home in Spain. Let us know which area of the Costa Blanca you prefer, type of accommodation, number of bedrooms and budget range and we will be able to assist you in finding a property to suit your needs.

Our experienced and skilled property advisors can provide useful information about different areas, tips on living in the Costa Blanca, as well as help you with any financial issues for buying your property in Spain.

On arranging an appointment to come to Spain, we will plan visits and viewings of properties in the chosen areas. You will be assigned one of our property advisors who will be your guide during all the process and who will also coordinate transport and accommodation during your stay.

We highly recommend 3 whole days for the viewings preferably on working days. Costa Weflen Group will kindly cover hotel accommodation for 3-4 nights and if we succeed in finding you a property we will also cover your plane tickets.

Once we find your dream home we will arrange a meeting with a legal adviser, make a power of attorney to act on your behalf and review all necessary details of the purchase contract to avoid any shortcomings before the signature of the deed. All documents and transactions will be then made through the legal adviser until you officially occupy the property.

If you make a reservation on a new property project, our advisor will send you photos and information on the building process to keep you informed. New projects take approximately 12 months until handed over whilst second-hand property only 6-8 weeks.

We understand how important it is to help you throughout the process and we can offer assistance with the purchase of furniture for your new property and any other extras you may need.

Our Aftersales department is available to solve any queries you may have after the handover of your house. Costa Weflen Group also offers other services like key holding and cleaning.
