The brightly designed apartments have 1 or 2 bathrooms, marble flooring throughout, large terraces, and a luxurious open-planned kitchen. 
Some of the apartments even have a garden or a roof-top terrace.

This is a rental investment project where you can buy a property on the beachfront and DORMIO RESORTS  will manage it for you. 
The owners are permitted to use the apartment for up to 4 months a year (you can choose any months in the year).
