Let us share a little bit more about the location! The development is located just a short walk from the vibrant town of Pilar de la Horadada with a host of great restaurants and all of its amenities. 

Well connected with the AP7 motorway for travel up and down the coast. Murcia’s airport (RMU) is 35 minutes, whilst Alicante airport is just a 45-minute drive away.

For sports lovers and active people - it is an ideal place and offers a variety of sports activities for all ages - from water sports - swimming, paddle surfing, surfing, kayaking, and snorkeling... but also tennis, beach volleyball, running, cycling, or the very popular golf - is the premier golf the destination with a number of quality golf courses spread throughout the province including Las Colinas, Villamartin, Campoamor, La Finca, and Lo Romero are within a 20-25 minute drive.

Pilar de la Horadada also has well-known festivities throughout the year, but the most famous festivities take place in October each year. Then there is the "Fiesta de Santísima Virgen del Pilar" (the Blessed Virgin of Pilar) celebrated for several days. There is a lot of fuss with a parade, concerts, entertainment, and the well-known "flower sacrifice". Both residents and permanent residents participate and there are large areas of serving and food tents etc. Fireworks are also not an unknown way to celebrate in Spain.

Hiking in Pilar de la Horadada? Both on the coast and inland, we can find important areas with great ecological and scenic value, such as the Río Seco Natural Park, which is ideal for taking a beautiful hiking route with the whole family and being able to contemplate all its fauna and flora.

For shopping at Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre in Orihuela Costa, you will find an open space with trendy shops and restaurants and the best services.

Medical facilities, Spain's health care system is the seventh best in the world, according to the World Health Organization. You can usually communicate in English at the hospital.
